Summary
Dear Community! As usual, we would like to greet and welcome you all! And also thank you for all the support we keep having! We have been working on some bug fixes and the new card crafting.
Crafting
There is not much time left before the Crafting system is launched on our website and today we want to shed light on some of the questions that have arisen.
Are these cards new?
Cards that are obtained through the crafting system are the result of a change applied to already known cards to allow them to do in a good way what they failed to do in their base version.
For example, if a Character was designed to withstand damage and have a defensive role on the table, its crafted version will have its HP and/or Toughness increased.
What are these changes?
The Crafting system raises the power level of cards, but does not change their focus. That's why the cards offered by the Crafting system have no new abilities. The cards still do what they do today, but better.
A card that is unlocked in this way can receive one or more of the following enhancements:
Increased combat stat (Reach, ATK or HP).
Change in the conditions of their abilities allowing a greater impact on the table.
Change in the Triggers of their skills to improve the amount of times and circumstances in which these skills are resolved.
Changing numbers within the effects of cards such as their Toughness or amount of damage they do. This may involve a number increasing or the function in which a bonus is received changing.
What cards can we unlock?
The first set of recipes to be released will be 4 recipes to craft rare OTK cards, one per Faction. These cards were selected because of their low presence in the competitive framework.
How can I unlock a card?
On our website, within the inventory, a section called "Crafting" will be enabled, in this section you will be able to review the list of ingredients required for each card you can unlock.
If you have all the items detailed in a recipe, you will be able to confirm your intention to obtain the corresponding card by allowing the system to make the exchange.
What do I need to unlock a card?
To unlock a card you will need at least one copy of the base card, a given amount of DEV tokens, a given amount of specific cards and an NFT Unlocker Device.
What is an NFT UNL0CK3R Device?
UNL0CK3R Device is a NFT that you can get in different ways both in the game and in the secondary market. Each crafting action that is performed will need 1 of these NFTs to be carried out.
What do you mean by "given quantity of specific cards"?
There are 4 rare cards that have been selected to be part of the recipes.
Any Example?
In the "Crafting" section you will be able to see which cards currently have recipes that allow you to obtain them.
By clicking on one of these cards, you will be able to see its recipe and what elements you are still missing to be able to create the NFT, if any.
Remember that there will be a limited number of copies for each recipe, as well as an expiration date for the recipes.
Disclaimer
The Unlocked cards you get have the same name as their base version, remember that by rule you cannot include in a deck two cards with the same name.
So, what is next?
First we will release 4 recipes, one per faction, so that you can upgrade any of 4 specific Rare Characters. This will also come hand in hand with the inclusion of 4 common cards in these recipes. All this taking into account that the faction of the cards included in a recipe and the recipe itself is the same. These recipes will require 1 Unlocker nft, a fixed amount of nfts of the card to upgrade, a fixed amount of DEV Tokens, a fixed amount of VOL and a fixed amount of nfts of a common card of the same faction. From then on we will be releasing new recipes from time to time as some of them expire or the stock of available copies runs out.
The bridge
This week we'll have a new airdrop for all the wallets that bridged their assets during May. Remember the bridge is still open and will remain so until further notice. Bugs
We'be been working in bug-fixing in the background, specially in the rewards area. At the moment we are fully dedicated to crafting but soon we'll be back with more bug-fixing.
